With a 1/2 beef, we do our standard processing to maximize the amount of all different steaks, roasts and ground beef! Open to minor customizations.

You will be getting 200 LBS of USDA VACUUM SEALED beef.

•30 lbs Specialty Cuts
•30 lbs Roasts

It will come with a 100 lb assortment of the following:

STEAKS: Mostly Ribeyes, New York Strips & Top Sirloins but also T-bones, Filets/Tenderloins, Denvers, Flat Irons, Delmonicos, Bavettes, Picanhas, Flank, Skirts & Tri-tip

SPECIALTY CUTS: Briskets, Short Ribs, Plate Ribs (Dino Ribs), Beef Back Ribs, Stew meat, Fajita meat and Soup Bones (optional)

ROASTS: Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Arm, Top Round

Ground Beef: A small portion of ground beef can be substituted for our 1/3 lb thick steakburger patties
