With a 1/4 beef, we do our standard processing to maximize the amount of all different steaks, roasts and ground beef! Open to minor customizations.

You will be getting 100 LBS of USDA VACUUM SEALED beef.

•15 lbs Specialty Cuts
•15 lbs Roasts

It will come with a 50 lb assortment of the following:

STEAKS: Mostly Ribeyes, New York Strips & Top Sirloins, but also Filets/Tenderloins, Denvers, Flat Irons, Delmonicos, Flank, Picanhas & Skirts

SPECIALTY CUTS: Brisket, Short Ribs, Stew and Fajita meat.

ROASTS: Chuck, Rump, Sirloin Tip, Chuck Arm & Top Round

Ground Beef: A small portion of ground beef can be substituted for our 1/3 lb thick steakburger patties
