Folsom Farm is a family operation. We raise our cattle on grass, on open pasture — the way it used to be done before feedlots and middlemen got between you and your dinner. No shortcuts. No mystery sourcing. Just animals raised slowly, on land we know, by people you can put a name to.

Inside the Family Starter Box: hand-cut steaks for date nights, ground beef for weeknight burgers and tacos, a roast for Sunday dinners — about 10 pounds in total, enough to feed a family of four for the better part of a month. Every cut is dry-aged for flavor, butchered to spec, vacuum-sealed, and flash-frozen at peak freshness. It ships frozen and arrives ready for your freezer.

Grocery store beef passes through commodity supply chains designed for volume, not quality. Ours doesn't. It goes pasture, to butcher, to your door. You'll taste the difference. Your kids will, too.
